Monte Isola Challenge - this is a race from the lake shore up to the summit of the island. Along the way your team participate in challenges that are timed and given points.
Cost per person from €50 with reductions for larger groups.
A morning or an afternoon focused on team building activities that bring people together to learn as a group. These can be done inside in winter or outside in summer.

Maybe your team need nature and tranquillity? Take a ride in the vineyards or a walk around the natural reserve to look at birdlife. You could even finish off with a blind, sensorial wine tasting.

At the centre of teamwork is trust. Without it nothing works. Many of our team building challenges involve an element of leading and following: taking turns to be vulnerable and then responsible for someone else.
How do groups make decisions without pre-established communication lines? Can a group self-organise without words? Or if used, for instance to describe a picture, how different are our interpretations?
There is strength in diversity. But only if there is trust. Trust allows us to communicate freely and this in turn leads to effective collaboration.

The team is split into pairs where one person is a “director” and the other a “placer”. The blindfolded placers are given verbal instructions by the directors. Each pair places a piece until the tangram is complete.
Link hands together to create a human knot - then get untangled as quickly as possible.
