Creating connections through team building

At the root of our team building activities is the expectation that they will be enjoyable experiences for everyone involved.

We believe we are happiest when we grow (learn), give (teach) and feel part of a group or project that is experienced as bigger than ourselves.

We create open spaces where all three can happen. Through games, challenges and time exploring beautiful outdoor spaces we help you to connect with your colleagues on a personal level.

Having grown up in Geneva and spent many years working with people from many different backgrounds, Patrick is used to intercultural environments. Although based in Italy the entire team speak English and enjoy the opportunity to bring cultures together.

A reliable point of contact

We can help with the logistics of your trip. Do you need transportation or a good restaurant that can feed 140 hungry people? We have worked in the Iseo area for years and collaborate with reliable local businesses to take the stress out of group management.

A small is beautiful team

Although Patrick is your main point of contact he collaborates with a carefully chosen English-speaking team whose creative backgrounds (circus, dance, theatre, sales and teaching) add variety and depth to everything we do.
